  • the collection of Service Charges
  • the payment of bills,
  • dealing with standard enquiries relating to the sale and purchase of properties at Free Trade Wharf, for which there is a standard fee of £100 (no VAT).
  • dealing with licences to sublet, for which there is a standard fee of £25 (no VAT).

When a flat is transferred (sold), the seller requires a Licence to Assign.

The approval of this licence will be conditional upon the purchaser entering into a Deed of Covenant with the Freeholder and management company.

The Licence to Assign and Deed of Covenant are legal documents and are prepared by Wilson Barca who deal with these matters on behalf of the Freeholder and management company.

This is the Registered Office of the Freeholder and the management company, and has been since 30 March 2010. Prior to that date, Palladium House, Argyll Street was the Registered Office.
