Contact details
For any problems at Free Trade Wharf which need highlighting and/or correcting, have the porters record the details in the Incident Book. Depending on the type of problem, either Jim Cox or Claire Troughton or the Management Company may need to get involved, but the Incident Book is the first step.
For everything else, the following table should provide the details you require.
| The Administration Offices | For all matters relating to:
|
| Wilson Barca solicitors | When a flat is transferred (sold), the seller requires a Licence to Assign. The approval of this licence will be conditional upon the purchaser entering into a Deed of Covenant with the Freeholder and management company. The Licence to Assign and Deed of Covenant are legal documents and are prepared by Wilson Barca who deal with these matters on behalf of the Freeholder and management company. |
| The Company Secretary | For all matters relating to shares in the management company, including the transfer of shares when a property is sold. Also the repayment of loans to founder members of the Company. |
| Free Trade Wharf Management Company Limited | This is the Registered Office of the Freeholder and the management company, and has been since 30 March 2010. Prior to that date, Palladium House, Argyll Street was the Registered Office. |
