Introduction

Free Trade Wharf is a distinctive riverside complex comprising over 200 flats within a 1980s brick building and an adjoining pair of listed late 18th Century former warehouse buildings.

Free Trade Wharf Management Company was formed to acquire and manage the property on behalf of the flat owners, and Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward is the appointed Managing Agent. In 2004 Free Trade Wharf Management Company purchased the freeholds of both listed buildings.

Within Free Trade Wharf there are 1, 2 or 3 bedroom flats. Terraces and balconies in each apartment offer striking views across the river, towards the City of London and Canary Wharf. Unlike many other developments, no two flats have the same internal layout.

An on-site Leisure Centre provides a gym, swimming pool and sauna for the benefit of residents and their guests.  Unique among Docklands riverside flats, Free Trade Wharf boasts a spacious and beautifully peaceful landscaped garden with direct access to the Thames Path.

Free Trade Wharf benefits from 24/7 porterage services. The Porters ensure constant on-site security and offer a variety of services for residents: handling residents’ deliveries, greeting visitors, providing meter readings and dealing with any queries or issues the resident may have. Free Trade Wharf’s team of Porters are always polite and friendly and are willing to go the extra mile to provide the best possible service for all residents.

Car parking spaces are available for each flat. There are also options to purchase, sell, rent or hire out available spaces.
